Recommend for sure, VFM

Very convenient location and clean room. It included a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker and many appliances. The view was quite nice and we did not have to interact with the stuff at all since everything can be done automatically with codes in the doors-a huge plus. Would recommend it for both short and long stay!

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the street was a little loud but everything was quite after 12.30. We found the room cold as it only had one little radiator but there were two duvets which saved the situation during the night.

A really great experience. Close to everything and we were lucky to have balcony views of the whole city.

This was a really smashing view right from the top of the property. It was great to have a balcony with a view of the entire city.

The balcony door did not lock properly and the lock box was not working. It was difficult to set the heater.

Great location -

Location was great. It's in the old town near shops, bars, restaurants but also close to the river so it was easy to cross over to Gaia. Check-in was automated with codes, which was useful.

The room was basic. The bathroom was very small and dark, as the lightbulb was not bright. It would be nice if more coffee was provided for the coffee machine, and some milk.

Basic apartment for a budget price

The location is very central to most attractions in porto also very close to the São Bento train station. Nice kitchenette and mini fridge

The bed was horrible, has been used too much and therefore hollow and uncomfortable. Definitely needs to get new mattresses or atleast a topper layer to make it more comfortable. Walls are a bit thin and could hear two different couples stomping around in the apartment above us which woke us up at 1am. Also a soup kitchen across the street which stays open to 11pm with people being very loud.

Very Good

The apartment was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We stayed in the suite on the top floor with the rooftop balcony which was a lovely space to chill at the end of a day walking round Porto. The building itself was really close to the centre with good transport links. Would recommend the cafe a couple of doors down which had really friendly staff

The apartment was right outside a soup kitchen which was fine but the line starts from about 5pm and can be a little loud in the evening.

Amazing terrace

The Terrance. Amazing views over Porto. Also very good location. Handy for the old town and also Bolhoa. Also good communication from the staff prior to arrival.

Not much. As some reviews stated there’s a soup kitchen directly opposite the front door, so when we arrived we had someone hassling us while trying to enter the key code. But honestly you don’t really notice it most of the time and don’t hear anything from the apartments.

Best location to visit Porto

Great location ! And good comfort of the beds. Also Ricardo was very helpful. So a good place to stay in total.

The appartement is so central that it is noisy on Saturday nights for the ones (like me) used to sleep with open windows, if you are with an appartement on the street. The appartements not on the street are perfectly calm.

- good central location in the heart of Porto - coffee machine and fan provided in room made it comfortable - host was responsive and helpful via app / WhatsApp

- broken safe which meant we couldn’t leave valuables in the room - no one ever on the desk (although host was responsive via booking app) - appeared to be a soup kitchen across the road, although didn’t cause any trouble. just something to be aware of

Comfortable Stay!!!

The place was within walking distance from all the sightseeing. The train station, metro, is just 4minutes walk. The manager, Ricardo, was very helpful and prompt. He contacted me with all the required information and details regarding metro, eating places etc.

Location, location location!

Is in very central location, many sights within easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly with clear instructions for access to the accomodation in advance of arrival no matter what time (our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 3am!) Good size room with small kitchenette,we were very happy to find a small kettle along with coffee maker with tea and coffee provided. We only stayed two nights but this would be an excellent base for a longer stay. Our preference would have been two single beds but there was only one double bed in the room - however it was very large and there was a second duvet in the closet so it was no issue.

Great place for 2 people, possibly young family which offers good value.

Good location and easy to access. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor with a cosy balcony with great views.

All ok, just a lot of steps to the 3rd floor ( no lift) and small steps inside to the 2nd level.
